2. Service-Based Nature

Our company provides intangible, service-based consulting solutions, which means:

  • No physical goods are sold or shipped.

  • Services are delivered digitally or through phone, email, or virtual meetings.

  • Each engagement is tailored to the client’s business goals and requirements.

Because of this custom nature, returns are not applicable once services have been initiated.


3. Payment and Authorization

All payments are processed securely through phone authorization or official electronic payment links provided by ARU SOLUTIONS LLC.
A billing representative confirms:

  • The client’s name,

  • Authorized card details (Visa, MasterCard, etc.),

  • Card expiration date and amount,

  • And verbal consent to charge.

A payment receipt is issued immediately after successful authorization.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions:
    If a client is charged twice for the same service, a full refund for the duplicate payment will be processed.

  2. Non-Delivery of Service:
    If Grownetics Business Consulting fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the stated time frame and no work has been initiated, a refund may be approved.

  3. Service Cancellation Prior to Commencement:
    If a client requests cancellation before any consultation, documentation, or analysis work has begun, a refund may be issued minus administrative fees (up to 10% of the service amount).

Refunds will not be issued once consulting or deliverables have started or been shared with the client.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The client changes their mind after service initiation.

  • The client fails to provide required information or documents to complete the project.

  • Delays caused by the client’s unresponsiveness.

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations outside the documented service scope.

  • Services that have been substantially delivered or completed.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed using the same payment method originally used.

  • Reflected in the client’s account within 7–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank or card provider.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

  • Full name of the cardholder

  • Date and amount of payment

  • Reason for refund

7. Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of services before work begins.

Once the project is active or partially completed, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.
